Return and refund policy

At Gleam Label, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer both digital and physical products, and our return and refund terms differ slightly for each category.


Digital Products (Instant Downloads, Templates & Files)

Because digital items are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final.
However, we review refund requests in the following exceptional cases:

  • The file you received is corrupted or incomplete, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • You were charged twice for the same item.
  • You accidentally purchased the same file multiple times.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@gleamlabel.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Once verified, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.


Physical Products (Future Orders / Merchandise)

For physical goods (once available):

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@gleamlabel.com with photos, and we’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.


Cancellations

  • Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once download links are sent.
  • Orders for physical products may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting support@gleamlabel.com.

Unauthorized Payments

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate and cooperate with payment providers to resolve the issue fairly.
