At Gleam Label, we offer both digital and physical products.
Please review the shipping information below for each type of order.


Digital Products (Instant Downloads, Templates & Files)

  • All digital purchases are delivered instantly after payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your download link or file access instructions immediately after completing checkout.
  • If you do not receive your files within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@gleamlabel.com.
  • There are no shipping fees for digital items.

Physical Products (Future Orders / Merchandise)

Once physical items are introduced to our catalog, the following terms will apply:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
However, delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to support@gleamlabel.com with your order details for assistance.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If you provide an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address or reroute the package.

If an item is returned to us due to an invalid address, we can reship it after confirming the correct details and payment of any additional shipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos (for damaged items) or order confirmation details.
We’ll promptly work to issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
